| My email address is outdated and I forgot my password. How can I get my email address updated and have my password sent to me? |
Before you can retrieve your password/username, you will need to update your email address with us. Please download, complete and fax the iDotz Email Address Change form located in the DOWNLOADS section of the Support Helpdesk for processing. Remember to include a copy of a Government issued valid (NOT EXPIRED) photo ID (Passport or Driver's License, etc.)
Once your email address has been updated, you should be able to use the online forgot username/password option to retrieve login details. |
