Domains have to be renewed before they expire. After a domain expires it may or may not be available for renewal depending on the TLD. Some TLDs offer grace periods for domain renewals, most ccTLDs (Country Code Top Level Domains) do not offer any grace periods. Our renewal reminder system starts sending renewal messages to listed email addresses well before domain expiration, while the DMA highlights upcoming renewals in your domain listing.
