| When can I register .asia domains? |
Registration for .asia domains will become available in stages, starting with registration for trademarked names and ending with landrush for individuals who have at least one contact in the .asia community. The timeline is:
SR2A - October 9, 2007 to October 30, 2007, Early Bird Sunrise. Registration is open for domains containing registered trademarks, where the trademark was applied for prior to March 16, 2004.
SR2B - November 13, 2007 to January 15, 2008, General Registered Marks. Registration is open for domains containing registered trademarks, where the trademark was applied for prior to December 6, 2006.
SR2C - November 13, 2007 to January 15, 2008, Extended Protection. Registration is open for any domains containing registered trademarks.
SR3 - November 13, 2007 to January 15, 2008, Registered Entity Names. Registration is open for any domains containing the registered entity's name.
LANDRUSH - February 2008, Landrush.
GOLIVE - March 2008, Go Live.
NOTE: We are accepting all Sunrise and Landrush Registrations and will submit them to the .ASIA Registry within the timeframe listed above. |
