How do I request a domain Restore?
To restore a domain name please follow the steps outlined below:
- Log into your account
- Click on the "Restore Domains" link under the "Domain Manager Account Settings
- Enter the domain name in the open field
- Select the extension from the pull-down menu
- Press Submit to generate the redemption authorization form
Download, complete and attach the redemption authorization form (PDF or JPG) to a ticket and submit for processing.
Forgot to renew and domain is no longer in the account.
Depending on the specific extension of the domain name (e.g., .NET in iDotz.Net), the domain may still be restorable. Please refer to the Knowledgebase article titled 'How do I request a domain Restore?' for the process details.
