What if I don't receive any validation emails?
If you don't receive the validation email, it is likely that the email has either been sent to the spam/bulk folder, the email address may not be accurate or your ISP may have it blocked and not deliver. Please check the information you have on file to ascertain that all provided details are accurate. You may also want to add the sending email address "registrant-verification@ispapi.net" to your address book or white-list in your email client.
Within the WDRP, if the validation email bounces, the email address is considered inaccurate and the domain name will be suspended and placed on hold.
NOTE: This only applies to gTLDs & New TLDs (extensions having three or more characters e.g., .com, .net, .org, .biz, .travel, .guru, .bike etc.)
