What should I do if my domain is suspended?
If your domain name is suspended, you may log into your DMA and correct your domain name contact records. When you have fully completed the details, type the domain in the browser and you should see a Domain Suspension message (see below). Use the 'Resend Verification Email' to request a resend of the email. Once you have correctly validated your domain name it will be unsuspended. However, please note that the process may take up to 72 hours to complete.
NOTE: This only applies to gTLDs & New TLDs (extensions having three or more characters e.g., .com, .net, .org, .biz, .travel, .guru, .bike etc.)
